You can get the test kit directly at an Alpro Clinic or Alpro Pharmacy after a consultation with your doctor or healthcare provider.
Yes. If you order online, you’ll be directed to your nearest Alpro Clinic or Alpro Pharmacy where the DNA swab will be done professionally.
Yes, it’s best to make an appointment so our healthcare team can prepare and ensure a smooth process at the clinic or pharmacy.
A trained healthcare professional at Alpro Clinic or Alpro Pharmacy will assist you with a quick and painless cheek swab.
No. After your swab, Alpro staff will handle the logistics and send your sample safely back to the lab.
On average, it takes about 3–4 weeks after your sample reaches the lab. You’ll be notified by our customer service when your consultation is ready.

Yes. Every pro.Genome test comes with a professional consultation session included in the package — this is not an add-on cost. Unlike many DNA kits that only send you a PDF report, pro.Genome ensures your results are explained in person by certified professionals.
Your results will be explained by certified healthcare professionals — a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian, or nutritionist — from Alpro Clinic and Alpro Pharmacy. This certified, multidisciplinary support ensures your medicines, nutrition, and overall health are covered comprehensively.
