Step 1: Receive Your Kit

Once you purchase online or in-store, your'll get your kit at a designated Alpro Clinic or Alpro Pharmacy.

Inside the compact box:-

1x IVD Kit (Sterile cheek swab set)
1x User Guide (English)
1x Clinical Seal for sample security

Step 2: Collect Your Sample (On the Spot)

Your cheek swab will be collected by our trained healthcare profession

No blood, no pain
Safe for children (3+)
Professionally aided for accuracy.
No food or drink 30 minutes before swabbing

Step 3: Secure Handling

Once sealed, the sample will be:

Verified and logged by barcode ID (not your name)
Send directed to our certified genetics laboratory.

Step 4: Lab Processing (Day 2–18)

Your sample is tested at an ISO-compliant lab:-

Uses validated genomic technology
Screen for nutrient, supplement, and medication compatibility markers.
Reviewed by healthcare professionals

Step 5: Receive Your Report and Consultation (Day 19–21)
